‘BEYOND 2023 INITIATIVE’-Women make up the majority of voters in Zimbabwe, lets embrace equal, opportunities for women and youth.

‘Beyond 2023 initiative’ is a visionary way of a progressive people, looking far ahead and predicting the potentintial scenarios or hazards based on the indications at that time.
In Zimbabe for example, key indicators for consideration amongst many, include issues regards equality, good governance, transaparency, accountability, girl child, good governance, transaparency, accountability, health care, education, housing, employment, electricity, water, roads, rail and transport, land and agriculture, including the country’s own lack of its own currency, all matters that strongly contribute to a lack of foreign investment as the global village sources of finance chains are closed to Zimbabwe, a controvesial hot potato under Mugabe, no different now under the militarised Mnangagwa a clone of Mugabe’s Zanu pf regime, military killings in broad daylight in Harare.
Zimbabwe also faces deforestation. air and water pollution from tobacco and other farming practices which lead to dangerous agricultural and industrial chemicals run offs.
Clean water in urban areas is now a thing of the past as water is highly polluted by raw sewage delivered to houses, hotels, take aways, hotels, planes in old leaking pipes.
Poaching especially led by the military and Chinese, a high value practice with massive benefits for perpetrators, is again a major challenge for Zimbabwe to deal with, but a great indicator to monitor developments or rather lack of development.
The extent of destruction of the land such as soil erosion, gullies, siltation of dams and land degradation including poor mining practices and industrial practices such as steam laundries and other, also cause toxic waste pollution and environmental challenges facing Zimbabwe today.
Zimbabwe’s greatest challenge is one of incorporating two groups who have all along been marginalised by the lack of equality, denial of opportunities and retrogressive cave men mentality, tradition and cultural values which frustrate the youth and women in the society.
This is something highly visible across all spheres of leadership in Zimbabwe dating as far back as 18 April 1980 Independence under the deposed former president Robert Mugabe and before, which in no doubt have marginalised, the youth and women who have been continuously denied opportunities for effective or progressive participation in the decision making processes in the nation..
The limited opportunity and exposure to meaningfully participate in all areas of the economy, development and society faced by the youth and women of all race, tribe, religion, age, and political orientation, has normalised a culture of oppression of the women and the youth, created a lost generation who feel excluded from decision making processes, in their societies and communities, having been marginalised in business opportunities such as agriculture, mining, land redistribution, stands and housing allocation poor hor rather none at all as evidenced bhy the ‘better blacks’ oppressive Zanu pf regime who fly out on private jets to the Middle East for treatment, while having collapsed the health care in Zimbabwe and made living unaffordable. The same poor practices are seen in the limited education opportunities afforded to the victim groups and other development areas across the board .
The women and the youth are powerful game changers whose numbers have a great impact in any vote in Zimbabwe if applied by a visionary opposition hence ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’ First and foremost, a visionary opposition recognises that all youths who are 14 and above will be old enough or eligible to vote by the time they turn 18 in 2023.
Secondly, women in Zimbabwe actually make up the greater number of the electorate in Zimbabwe, so they actually have the opportunity to shape , influence, guide and direct the ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’ in the motherland Zimbabwe.
Women are mothers and they hold greater influence on child development and therefore
This is why we feel there is the need to draw upon the power of the youth using the platforms of information dissemination we have in place for all , primarily Beyond 2023 vision so that we create a youth who are better placed to make more informed choices and decisions such as voting correctly in 2023, and that starts now with the work we need to put into it.
‘Beyond 2023 initiative’, focuses on the inclusion of women and youth in politics, drawing upon the charisma and passion demonstrated by politically conscious youths and women who if given the opportunities, can spearhead and fast track growth and development in all sectors of the the nation’s economy including employment, health care, education, housing, roads and transport, water, electricity, equality and more.
The youths and women are more effective in information dissemination, awakening, raising a people’s awareness, sensitisation and mobilisation of the electorate during election campaigns and able to attract a massive vibrant number of other women and youths as electorates who stand in absolute defiance to oppressive authority.
Statistics show that youths aged between 15 and 25 make up to a fifth of the global population yet they are generally non existent in political authority and thats why we say, they along with women, are the real game changers that a ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’ need to embrace in the political landscape we seek to create.
There is a need for participatory structures and greater trust between , women, youth and institutions and for greater capacity development amongst the target communities as part of the ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’ initiatives..
We believe, at ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’ , Information dissemination, is vital for youth and women inclusion in politics.
We provide access to information on our news platforms in order to circumvent the oppressor’s propaganda by dominating internet and the social media, where we know that the youth are the leading audience because of the unrestricted access to information they hold.
In order to shape and herald in a new political landscape and effectively a new political dispensation by the year 2023 ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’, must engage the youth and give them the voice and power that generates equal access to opportunities in decision making processes through educating all ages, race, tribe, gender, religion, political orientation or other grouping who share a common love for the motherland Zimbabwe, to unite and fight the common enemy to the people’s progress, which is the militarised Mnangagwa regime, a clone of the Mugabe dispensation, on our Information dissemination platforms which encourage participation in amicable, respectful and tolerant debate amongst a whost of other progressive initiatives.
Tribalism is a major challenge which has destroyed Zimbabwe society. Zimbabwe’s new constitution embraces 16 languages as official languages. The 16 official languages include sign language, Koisan, Shangani, Chewa, Kalanga, Chibarwe, English, Tonga, Nambya, Ndau, Shona, Ndebele, Sotho, , Xhosa, Tswana, Venda not in any particular order, but equal to all. Zimbabwe however faces a lack of direction due to two problematic groups the Shona and Ndebele who draw the nation into their retrogressive ideas of them being the better or chosen tribes. Look at Zimbabwe’s history from the earliest records, case in point the arrival of the Ndebele under Mzilikazi and later his son Lobengula in the early 1800s through to Gukurahundi genocide, Murambatsvina, 2005 MDC split between the late Richard Morgan Tsvanirai and Professor Welshman Ncube, Chiadzwa genocide, 2008 election violence, 2018 up to current day divisions between MDC T President Thokoane Khuphe and MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa. Clearly if the Ndebele and Shona divisions were set aside and the two problematic tribes Shona and Ndebele unite and fight the common enemy to the people’s progress, which is the militarised Mnangagwa regime, a clone of the Mugabe dispensation, we would be far ahead, rebuilding the motherland, with an equal society.
At ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’ we encourage everyone to come on board now and recognise that to kick start the Zimbabwe economy, there is need for Foreign investment , which is right attracted by free and fair elections , Election Reforms, removal of draconian laws, resolving the gukurahundi genocide issues, job creation as unemployment rate is at a recod high and still growing , now at 95%, no jobs except in government service.
Job creation means employment for all, stable incomes as families become more economically active, and contribute towards government revenue such as taxes thereby stimulating economic growth .
When a nation has a high employment rate there is a higher social stability, a stable government due to revenue raised from taxes and used by the state to help stimulate economic growth and rebuild the nation’s economy.
It is common knowledge worlwide that Zimbabwe faces desperate poverty, no access to Service Delivery, collapsed Agriculture after falling from the bread basket feeding Africa, due to the controversial, disastrous Zanu pf Land redistribution programme.
Unless we can revive agriculture, the backbone of the economy through high production of crops including wheat, maize, and move away from the destructive tobacco farming which contributes to deforestation, air, river , plant and land polution we will not see any development in this area.
Agriculture is a major source of employment and by default development as the revenue and income generated through the emploment, strongly contributes to uplifting the living standards, health care and education amongst many more opportunities for those employed is massive.
Zimbabwe is a country rich in mineral resources and much needed raw materials globally, for example platinum, iron ore, gold and diamonds but these areas are not explored. First and foremost Zimbabwe simply exports raw materials without value addition as they do not use the resources to make goods for export and sale, so the real benefit goes to the raw material buyers worldwide.
There is a need for Zimbabwe to fully phase out the controversial 51% ownership to Blacks or Indeginisation laws to revive the country’s economy.
If Zimbabwe does not attract Foreign investment, Securing International Monetary Fund loans , Restoring the banking sector system, restore the collapsed infrastructure including roads, rail, buildings, dams, bridges, schools, hospitals and industry, including communication systems, repair and upgrade them, its folly to imagine that by 2023 we would have seen and growth or development, hence the need for all of us to come on board ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’
Zimbabwe is a beautiful sunny country, with beatiful scenic views, wildlife and animals, holiday resorts and hotels, game reserves and therefore there is a need to revive tourism, a major source of revenue for both government and tourism business including taxes revenue generated from employess in this field.
Zimbabwe has close to six million people the majority who are forcibly exiled, hard working, highly educated people, with the global exposure, influence, contacts, knowledge, skills and experience they have built up, not forgetting the billions they have stashed away safely in their offshore accounts and foreign based accounts as no one would ever invest their hard earned money in a dead economy in Zimbabwe. This is a community capable of redirecting their investments and helping to rebuild the motherland, but not under the militarised Mnangagwa regime.
Corruptio in the highest circles of government starting form Emmerson Mnangagwa, no one jailed for corruption, protection of corrupt individuals and cartels , stifle any growth potential as the corrupt individuals including Mnangagwa live in absolute fear of losing their corruptly gained loot and wealth such as businesses, farms, mines, game reserves, properties and assets they have accumulated, to a democratic government, capable of pursuing all the loot and recovering all proceeds of crime along with jailing perpetrators, who in reality are the militarised Mnangagwa Zanu pf regime..
Economic Issues. Economic issues facing the world economy, as well as regions and countries, include prospects for growth, inflation, energy and the environment, inequality, labor issues, emerging markets, and the impact of new technologies such as driverless vehicles, Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Zimbabwe must now be focused on the ”Beyond 2023 initiative’ and embrace climate change by becoming fully non reliant on non rewable or polluting energy resources such as petrol, diesel, coal, promoting healthy living such as minimising cattle production as we know cattle are high producers of methane which contributes to the destruction of the ozone layer and climate destruction. We need to use the abundant sunlight for solar energy production in Zimbabwe. A nation with such abundant mineral resources should not be having electricity problems where solar energy is easily farmed and fed into the electricity national grid system, again income generation for solar energy farms.
Zimbabwe also needs to focus on local production of cheap climate appropriate models of vehicles such as solar power vehicles, which obviously dont cause pollution and give people clean breathing air as they dont generate smoke and pollutants.
Pollution is a danger to the future of the planet and besides reducing or zeroing the emissions, Zimbabwe must also be focusing on banning plastics production or use of plastic bags and encourage the use of reusable or life time bags for shopping. There are plenty more visionary initiatives we encourage Zimbabwe and the global village to embrace starting now, not waiting for 2023 as visionaries through the ‘Beyond 2023 initiative’
Always remember that Zimbabwe is and has always been a military state from 18 April 1980 Independence under the deposed former president Robert Mugabe and the same people starting form President Emmerson Mnangagwa who was at Mugabe’s side for over 50 years since the formation of Zanu, including the military, feel they are the protectors of Zimbabwe’s legacy.
As I always say, they came to rule since 1980 through the BULLET, so its ridiculous to imagine that a militarised regime would ever step down or hand over power to a democratic opposition using the BALLOT.
A progressive minded opposition should realise that no matter how much embarassment they throw at such a regime, threat after threat of mass protests and illegitimate regime labels, these criminals in power are not prepared to step down. They would rather kill in order to protect their loot and gains including millions, farms, game reserves, businesses, properties, farms and more. The only way forward instead of the opposition refusing to join the discussion platform set up by Mnangagwa and demanding that he must come to them on their terms and step down and hand over power, can only rightly or wrongly block all sources of Foreign Funding as no Investor will risk their money on such a corrupt, collapsed economy, with no Respect for the rule of law, no electoral reforms, draconian laws, a diaspora denied voting rights and a nation blighted by rampant corruption and lawlessness, is to approach the JUNTA regime and negotiate a safe exit package for the JUNTA including granting them immunity from prosecution over their past crimes against humanity, assuring them that all their proceeds from crime including farms, businesses, mines, and properties will not be touched. They obviously will even seek some form of recognition in the new political dispensation and want to hold statemen kind of advisory roles but unless and until we can come to that stage, Zimbabwe is going very fast and getting nowhere,..absolutely no change,..we had Mugabe, removed him and installed Mnangagwa and Mugabe is laughing alll the way to the grave because he knows that this is his clone. Wake up Zimbabwe!
